What is the turnaround time?
Once this purchase has been made and the information form has been completed, you will receive your custom designs in a ZIP format to your email address provided in approximately 7 business days.
Can I return the items?
As this is a custom and digital service, unfortunately no refunds or returns will be offered. You will receive one round of tweaks on the final designs. If however you would like additional changes made to your designs, an additional editing fee of $55 will be an option for each round of additional changes.
I am a small business, can I use these designs in my business social media or on printed materials for marketing?
Yes - This extended commercial licence allows you to use the illustration pack for your personal and commercial projects
Can I add my own graphics and text when using these elements?
Yes, you can change colours, add text and use or remove elements how you wish.
